Returns and Refund Policy


We will accept returns if a purchaser contacts us within 3 days after delivery. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ship the items back to us within 7 days of delivery. Purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and cannot be damaged in any way, as items will go back into our inventory and be resold to another customer. If an item arrives back to us damaged during transit, we cannot offer a refund.

A candle that has been lit cannot be returned for a refund.

If you have just placed an online order and would like it cancelled, please contact us within 1 hour following placing the order and we will do our best to cancel it.

Please contact us if there is any problem with your order, such as arriving damaged or defective.

We do not allow returns on “on sale” items unless damaged or defective.

We do not accept or do exchanges.


Once your return is received, inspected and shown to be in original condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 weeks. Sometimes credit card companies can be slow to process refunds.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
